Privacy/ No Sell Agreement

Information you provide us is strictly confidential. WSU Campus Store values its customers and is committed to responsible practices in handling customer information. We do not sell or share any of the information you provide to us. We do not authorize any third parties access to your information, including groups affiliated with the Weber State University. It is used solely for the purpose of processing your online order.

We collect information you provide (i.e. name, mailing address, email address, credit card numbers) when placing an order. We may also collect click-stream information including the URL of the site that you came from before visiting our site, and which browser you are using to view our site.

When you make an online purchase, we use your information to process your order. We also send an e-mail confirming your order, and may need to contact you via phone if we have any questions regarding your order.

If our practice of handling personal information changes in the future, we will let you know by posting the updated policy on our website. We will notify you if our policy changes the way we use your information in a way not previously disclosed in this privacy policy.

Site Security

We have many layers to secure any information that you send to us to complete your order (i.e. credit card numbers, phone numbers, addresses, etc). We use what is called SECURE SOCKET LAYER (SSL) technology to encrypt the information that you send us. You can tell that an area of our website is protected by SSL by looking at your address bar; instead of 'http://' you will see 'https://.' This means that you are in secure mode.

Shipping Information

Orders placed before noon MST will be processed and shipped within 24-36 hours days when product is in stock. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped Monday.

Our shipping center ships orders via FedEx. Because FedEx is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, please provide us with a physical address. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is available Mon-Fri only. If you plan on having your order delivered on a Saturday using FedEx, an extra shipping charge will be added to your total. Call 1-801-626-8584 for further information on pricing.

Shipping Times

Shipping times for 'standard ground' service from WSU vary depending on customer location. Average time is 3-4 business days. FedEx provides afternoon pick-up from the campus, therefore the following business day is the first day the package is in the mailing cycle. These times are based on business days, not weekends or holidays.

If you would like to know the estimated time for receiving your order figure 2 business days for processing in the bookstore (if the textbooks are in stock) and then add the needed business days for shipping. The estimated delivery times are for the continental U.S. only. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO (military addresses); allow for longer delivery time and added shipping charges. .

NOTE TO ALASKA/ HAWAII CUSTOMERS: All orders will be sent FedEx and shipping costs will vary according to weight. (Minimum $20.00) FedEx provides tracking abilities and the quickest, cheapest service to Alaska. All orders will be sent FedEx unless otherwise specified by customer in special shipping instructions.
