Text Policies and Information
The majority of all returns are handled during the first week of every semester. We know mistakes can happen during the hectic book buying process so we try to do everything we can to make returning your textbook as easy as possible. Please review our policies and guidelines prior to bringing in your return. You will need to save your receipt for all refunds/exchanges and if you plan on filing your education expenses as a tax credit.

Sell Back my Textbooks
We Want Your Textbook!
Sell them to us! If the instructor informs the store that a book will be required for the upcoming semester and we need stock we can pay up to 50% of the current list price, regardless of whether you bought the book new or used. Work books are not eligible for the sell-back program.
THE PUBLISHER, NOT THE CAMPUS STORE, DETERMINES THE NET PRICE OF A TEXTBOOK, AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL INCREASES TO THAT PRICE. THE INSTRUCTOR, NOT THE CAMPUS STORE, DETERMINES WHICH BOOKS ARE REQUIRED.
When to sell:
The sooner that you sell your books after each semester, the better your chance of receiving 50% - because it is at this time of the year that our inventory is most depleted and we are receiving orders for the next term. By the time classes begin, we usually cannot pay 50% because we already have stocked the book in adequate quantities.
Our shipping center ships orders via FedEx. Only orders sent via FedEx will have online order tracking information.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is available Mon-Fri only. If you plan on having your order delivered on a Saturday using FedEx, an extra shipping charge will be added to your total. Call 1-801-626-8584 for further information on pricing.
